1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seven Stars Atelier ("the Site") and purchasing any report or service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of Our Services

2.1 For Entertainment and Personal Reflection

BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) is a traditional Chinese system of pattern analysis. The reports, readings, and content we provide are interpretive in nature and are offered for the purpose of personal reflection, self-discovery, and entertainment. They are not:

• Fortune-telling, predictions, or guarantees of future outcomes.
• Professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice of any kind.
• A substitute for consultation with qualified professionals in those fields.

2.2 No Guarantees

We do not warrant that any interpretation, analysis, or insight in any BaZi report is factually accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific life circumstances. By purchasing a report, you acknowledge that you understand its interpretive and reflective nature.

3. Free Tools

Our free tools (Zodiac Explorer, Dream Lens, Element Discovery, BaZi Calculator) are provided "as is" for educational and entertainment purposes. All calculations run locally in your browser; we do not store your inputs. Results are simplified interpretations and should not be treated as complete analyses.

4. Purchases & Payments

4.1 Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

4.3 Delivery

Reports are delivered as PDF files to the email address you provide. Delivery times are estimates: Breeze (5 min), Compass (15 min), Atlas (30 min), Lantern (48 hours). We will notify you if delivery will be delayed.

4.4 Refunds

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our reports, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you have not received your report or believe there is an error, contact us at hello@starsatelier.com and we will make it right. EU/UK residents retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products, which you waive once the report has been delivered with your acknowledgment.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent payment for any paid report.
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract content from the Site without written permission.
• Use the Site to harass, defraud, or harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the BaZi calculation engine, report templates, dream dictionary, and quiz content — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Purchased reports are for your personal use only; you may not resell or redistribute them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Seven Stars Atelier and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any report, reading, or content.
• You expressly acknowledge that BaZi readings are interpretive and reflective, not predictive or advisory. Any decision you make based on a reading is made at your own risk.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased report shall not exceed the amount you paid for that report.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, reports, and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware. For EU/UK consumers: nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
