- Free tools: Our free tools (Zodiac Explorer, Dream Lens, Element Quiz, BaZi Calculator) operate entirely in your browser. Birth dates, times, dream search queries, and quiz answers are not transmitted to our servers. They remain on your device.
- Report purchases: When you order a BaZi reading report, we collect your name, email address, and birth details (date, time, location) as necessary to generate and deliver your report.
- Payment data: We do not store credit card details. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which collects billing information per its own privacy policy. We receive only transaction confirmation.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps, collected via standard server logs for security and operational purposes.
- Cookies and advertising technology: When advertising is active, Google and authorized advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, where you consent, personalize advertising. Our Google-certified consent management platform records and applies your choices for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To generate and deliver your purchased BaZi report to the email you provide.
- To process payments via Dodo Payments.
- To respond to inquiries sent to our contact email.
- To maintain service security and prevent abuse.

We do not sell the personal information you provide for reports. We do not use report details to build advertising profiles.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
- Dodo Payments: Payment processing. Dodo Payments receives your name, email, and transaction amount. Dodo Payments Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: Website hosting and DNS. Cloudflare may process access logs at the infrastructure level.
- Google advertising services and authorized advertising partners: When advertising is active, these parties may process device and online identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Personalized advertising is subject to the consent choices required in your location.
6. Advertising Choices
Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a Google-certified consent message before advertising choices are used. You can select consent, refuse consent, or manage options in that message. Google may also provide privacy controls so that you can revisit your choices. - Birth chart data: Used to generate your report, then deleted within 90 days of delivery. Report PDFs are retained only as needed for customer service (e.g., re-delivery requests).
- Purchase records: Retained for accounting and tax compliance as required by applicable law.
- Server logs: Retained up to 90 days.
